2 articlesHow does the proxy purchase service work?
Browse curated links per artist, or paste any official Korean shop URL (Weverse, SMTOWN, JYP, YG, Ktown4u, etc.) into the proxy request form. Our Seoul team checks the live price, sends you a quote (item + 10% proxy fee, minimum KRW 3,000 per item + estimated shipping), and once you confirm we check out same day.
When and how do I pay?
Nothing is charged at the request step. After we confirm the source price we send you a quote, and the payment details (bank transfer / PromptPay / Wise) appear on your dashboard next to that quote. Send us the transfer slip with your request ID and we purchase the same day. The quoted total (item + 10% proxy fee, minimum KRW 3,000 per item + estimated shipping) is locked once payment is confirmed.

We offer up to 30 days of free warehouse storage at our Seoul center. You can consolidate multiple separate purchases into a single international box to save shipping fees.
Do you provide photo inspection (QC)?
Yes, our warehousing team opens outer boxes to verify correct options/contents, takes high-res photos, and uploads them to your dashboard before shipping.

We offer K-Packet (cheaper, slower post), EMS Priority, and FedEx Express. You can pick your preference on checkout.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
Customs regulations depend on your country. We strictly declarations according to legal guidelines. Please declare your PCCC/Tax Code if required by local logistics.
